About the Disney College Program
The Disney College Program is a prestigious, semester-long internship that allows college students and recent graduates from all over the world to work at Walt Disney World Resort. Participants—known as Cast Members—gain hands-on experience in various roles across the parks and resorts while living in the state-of-the-art Flamingo Crossings Village housing community.
