For my latest independent documentary short, I wanted to shine a light on Willie Jackson—a PhotoPass Cast Member who is known not only for his incredible photos, but for the larger-than-life energy and heart he brings to the parks every single day.
Willie is a recipient of the prestigious Walt Disney Legacy Award, but beyond the well-earned recognition, what truly makes Willie "Willie" is his remarkable backstory and his gift for making complete strangers feel like family.
Independent filmmaking and visual storytelling are my absolute passions. Getting to spend time with Willie, capture his journey, and craft a piece that honors his spirit has been an incredible experience. This is the kind of meaningful storytelling I live to create every day, and I’m so proud to share it with everyone.
